MoonAria currently accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Money Orders, and Paypal payments through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use your MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit card.

Sales Tax

MoonAria is required to charge Florida sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Florida. The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax (or other taxation) on orders shipped to any other state or out of the country.

Order Acceptance Policy

MoonAria reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to alter the price of all items we carry at any time, as stated by our policy: Prices subject to change without notice.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, product information received from our suppliers, etc., please let us know so we can correct them.

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website will be the most accurate and up to date as received by our supplier.

Back Order Policy

When any item is put on backorder at MoonAria, we will ship it out to you as soon as it comes in. However if the value of the merchandise is under $5.00 we will cancel the missing item from your order and indicate on the invoice when we expect the item to be available for reorder.

If the order is an international order and has backordered items, the order will be held for up to one week to allow the backordered item to become available. If, after one week, the backordered items have not become available, the cost of the backordered items will be refunded and the remainder of the order will be shipped. Customers will be notified if this is the case..

Discontinued Items

Occasionally our supplier fails to update us about discontinued items. In the event that an item is discontinued, you will be notified immediately and your money will be refunded promptly.

Return Policy


If you want to return a product to MoonAria, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt by emailing support@moonaria.com. You must email the original invoice number, packing slip and any other paperwork shipped with your order to refer to. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.


If you are missing any merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 10 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. You must have the original invoice number, packing slip and any other paperwork shipped with your order to refer to. MoonAria will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of damage claims or missing package claims with the shipping provider (UPS, US Postal Service, Fed Ex, Etc…) will be the responsibility of MoonAria.

Privacy Policy

MoonAria does not share customer information including emails, phone numbers, or postal mail addresses with anyone. It is not our policy to spam your email address, nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any batch emails sent out will be only to notify customers of new or sale items as well as special offers and sales. At any time, a customer may opt out of receiving such emails, the quickest way is to click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.

Regional Laws

All items sold and distributed by MoonAria are legal for sale and distribution. However, it is the responsibility of all customers to understand local and regional laws pertaining to the items they purchase, and purchasers are solely responsible any legal action resulting from the purchase of the items that are illegal in their particular region.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

MoonAria ships via the US postal service FedEx and UPS. Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services and what is offered to your location.

Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight of the items within your order, the shipping method you choose, and your location with a minimum charge of $5.00. However, when necessary, another shipping service may be used by our supplier if the one you selected on MoonAria.com is not available on our supplier’s site. When this happens, we make every effort to match the cost and the service to the amount you paid for shipping.

Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days, if items are available. You are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may however refuse the package, and upon its return receipt we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply.

Once an order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company (USPS, FedEx or UPS) who is paid to deliver it. Once an order is delivered, the responsibility switches to the customer who ordered it and told us to deliver it there.

It is the customer’s responsibility to use the tracking number we provide to follow the progress of the order to see when it is scheduled to arrive.

We wish we could guarantee that a package could be delivered to your door and be safe until you get home, but we just can’t. Please be sure that the address you give us to deliver to is in a secure location or make arrangements for the package to be accepted by you or by someone you trust.

USPS Orders

Please note that orders shipped via the US postal service ship within 48 hours. These orders are picked up weekday mornings immediately following the day that the order was processed and packaged. This may result in postal orders placed on Friday not being picked up by the USPS until Monday morning, barring holidays or delays.

Holiday Shipping

MoonAria cannot guarantee that items ordered within two weeks of any given holiday or special event will be received prior to said holiday or special event. During such events, UPS, FedEx and USPS can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances that are of no fault to MoonAria or it’s employees and suppliers. MoonAria will not refund shipping fees in these cases. Please order items for these events early to avoid shipping delays.
